Our Shipping Promise
At Purrmellow, we know your pet can’t wait to enjoy their new gear. That is why we pack every toy, grooming tool, and travel accessory with extra care – and ship it as quickly as we can.
Order Processing
- Daily cut-off: 11:00 PM EST
- Processing days: Monday – Friday
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Weekend orders: Placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday
- Stock delays: Rare – if they happen, we will email you within 24 hours with options (partial ship, swap, or cancel)

- Shipping method: Most orders ship by air; larger or bulk orders may ship by sea
- Delays: Holidays, weather, or carrier issues may extend timelines – we will notify you proactively if needed
Damaged or Defective Items
We pack every order with pet-safe materials, but if something arrives damaged:
- Email photos + your order number to support@purrmellow.com within 48 hours of delivery
- We will offer a full refund or free replacement – your choice
- Our team will respond within 24 hours to guide you through the simple process
Taxes & Fees
- All prices include applicable taxes
- No extra fees at delivery for U.S. customers
- What you see at checkout is what you pay
